1. Get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. FREE! Doesn’t cost you a thing, just some simple planning.

2. Drink at least half your bodyweight in ounces of water every day. FREE! Turn the tap on and stick your face under the faucet.

3. Completely eliminate alcohol. SAVES you money and countless garbage calories! Now you can quit bitching that you’re in debt, and can’t afford the things you say you really want.

4. Go for a 60 minute walk. FREE! If it’s cold outside, put a coat on and walk faster.

5. Set aside 10 minutes every morning to do mobility work, meditate, belly breathe, read something enjoyable (not on social media) so you give yourself the opportunity to get your mind right. If you don’t have 10 minutes, you’re probably too far gone for my simple plan. Sorry.
