“If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you can dream it, you can become it.” –William Arthur Ward

One of my favorite things in life is that if you allow yourself, you can learn something useful every single day. The feeling of inspiration is a powerful one, and it fuels your desire to do better in life and reach levels you’ve only dreamt about. When I was a kid I had a crazy imagination, and I credit that ability to think BIG with everything that I’ve accomplished thus far in life, and to the goals that I intend to reach in the future.

I definitely got myself into a fair share of “hot water” when I was young, and I owned it. I knew from the start that I would experiment with life just to see what happened and man, it made things very exciting! I can honestly say that the only regret I have is that I didn’t do more. To me, life is a constant stream of non-stop lessons, and there are no mistakes. You live and learn and make the proper adjustments along the way. I guess you could say that I inspired myself with the thoughts in my head.

Our thoughts create energy that drives us one way or another, and they have a cummulative affect. Day after day, a perpetual flow of negative thinking will fuel negative actions and exhaust you. On the other hand, if you fill your mind with positivity you will be amazed at the overwhelming amount of energy and happiness that overcomes you. I love reading inspirational success stories on anyone from pro athletes, to musicians to Donald Trump. Anyone who is living their dream, I’m all over it!

Inspiration is especially important for those trying to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. If you don’t have a goal to motivate you, what’s the point? Some people wait until illness strikes them before they start working out and eating healthy, others think of their children and their desire to be around long enough to see their grandchildren grow up as sources of inspiration, and still others have competitions or sports to prepare for.  What inspires you?
