I’m happy with the progress I’m making and have been diligent about tracking my workouts and nutrition every day.

I’ve been tracking my workouts in notebooks on and off over the past 16 years. If you want to get stronger, build muscle and lose body fat, you have to reflect on previous workouts and analyze what went well, and what didn’t.

You have to keep track of what you’re doing if you want to improve on it, otherwise how do you know where to go next?

Are you getting results? If so, keep doing what you’re doing.

If you’re not, make a change. Write shit down so you don’t forget, and tweak things as needed.

My training notebooks are like a map leading me to a destination. The information in those pages is invaluable, all the answers are there.

Getting in shape is easy when you have everything lined up the way it needs to be; accountability, consistency in execution, a decent plan and a hopeful mindset. I am enjoying the process of change, and I’m feeling stronger and more energized every day.

Some days are harder than others, but that’s just the way it goes.
