Where are you at RIGHT NOW in your life?

Spend some time thinking about that before you click that “contact” button on our website. We want you to be willing and able to play FULL OUT with us. We require a minimum commitment of 12 months because we want to get to know you. We want to learn about you as a person and more than anything, we want to help you achieve all of your goals. We can’t do that in 10 sessions, or even 50 sessions. So, be ready to commit yourself to a complete mental and physical transformation. This is an important agreement between us, and one we take very seriously.

Does that scare you?

I hope so. I want you you to be mildly terrified because that means this is EXACTLY what you should be doing right now. We do not grow when we feel safe. We don’t change and improve within the confines of our comfort zone. We get better, faster, and stronger¬†outside¬†of that comfort zone. It takes courage to step up and make a change.

You can do better. You know it and we know it. You can be exactly the person you want to be if you make the decision to do so and take action.

Spend time creating your goals and figuring out what you really want in your life. Learn about the art of goal setting. Pick up a few Brian Tracy books and listen to his audio program, “The Luck Factor.” Create a bucket list of experiences that excite you and make your imagination run wild. Work on changing old, negative stories about who you are as a person and what you are capable of.

Honor and respect your body, always.

Stop complaining to people about your problems. Stop whining about pointless shit just to get attention. Change your self-talk and only use empowering words to describe yourself. Stay far away from people who drain your energy. Only surround yourself with people who GIVE you energy and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Do the same for them.

Movement liberates the spirit. If you’re unhappy with your current situation, then move your body. Get your ass up out of that chair and go for a walk. It might be the most uncomfortable thing you do all week. Start with a 20 minute walk every day, or every other day. Do what you can do. Then add more activity when you’re ready. Continue to nudge yourself out of your comfort zone and keep going. A body in motion stays in motion.

We will only work with people who inspire us. Life is too short to do things that you don’t enjoy, right? Please only consider contacting us if you are someone who is ready to commit yourself fully to making a positive change in your life. We value our relationships with each of our clients and we want to have fun with you. We want to challenge you to grow as a person, and we want to help you show up to your life ready to put 100% effort into everything you do every day. We can only do that if you’re absolutely ready to put in the work.

If you are, send us an email today and let’s talk about what we can do together.
