Meet the Coaches
All of our coaches are First Aid and CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross. You’re in good hands.
Continuing our education is the highest priority for us. We leave the state several times a year to attend conferences and educational seminars in order to pursue growth and keep up on the latest changes in the fitness industry. Our goal is to make sure that our clients are as knowledgable about health and fitness as they can possibly be. We pass our education on to them by learning from the very BEST in the fitness industry.
Steph Figarelle, NASM C.P.T.
Steph Figarelle has been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years, and it’s one of her main passions in life! She started young, working out in the gym as a teen and then prepared for and won her first bodybuilding competition as a Senior at East High School in 2000.
Steph continued to compete in Natural Bodybuilding competitions until 2009 and more recently has taken an interest in endurance running. She has always been naturally motivated to exercise and make healthy food choices, so the next step was to pass that enthusiasm on to others by becoming a certified personal trainer in 2004 and starting Figarelle’s Fitness in 2006.
Steph has a non-traditional approach to training and enjoys working outside of the commercial gym atmosphere, one on one and in group settings with her clients.
Steph is NASM certified, and is a certified Precision Nutrition coach. She is also ‘Training for Warriors’ certified and continues her education by attending fitness seminars like the Perform Better Summit several times throughout the year.
